Managing pain is one of the toughest ordeals for most of us. The extent and degree of pain, as well a pain tolerance is very specific to individuals. For optimal relief, apply the cream 2-3 times daily or as needed. We want to ensure you’re as comfortable as possible throughout your day, so use it whenever you feel pain. For people involved in physical activities, we highly recommend applying the cream preferably an hour before physical activity as well as an hour after. For persistent and niggling pain, we highly recommend that you seek advice from a physician.
