  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Policy

  • We offer shipping to all 50 states in the U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii.

  • Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.

International Shipping Policy

  • We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Order Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. Use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Go Be Yourself LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

  • Go Be Yourself LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

  • We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when placing your order.

  • If a delivery is refused, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

Missing or Lost Packages

  • If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please contact the carrier to file a claim. We will do our best to assist you, but we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Go-Be, your satisfaction is paramount. If our pain products do not meet your expectations, you may return the product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Simply contact our customer service team with your order details to initiate the process. Please note, returned items must be in their original packaging and more than 90% of the product unused.
